End of an Era: Is Imperial Gourmet Really Closing For Good?

Since 1983, Imperial Gourmet has been a hub of delicious cuisine for families and friends alike. I went today with my family and enjoyed the shrimp chow mein.  My daughter had their delicious orange chicken.  She gets full easily, so I had about half of her order as well.  I’ve enjoyed the Sunday buffet on many occasions.

However, as the current manager is resigning to pursue new horizons in Los Angeles, the restaurant’s closure looms, leaving behind a legacy that will be fondly remembered.

Despite the somber news, there’s a glimmer of hope as several potential buyers have expressed interest in keeping the restaurant’s legacy alive. As we bid farewell to Imperial Gourmet, let’s hold onto the memories it gifted us.

We encourage you, if you’re able, to go down and show support before the closure date on May 31st.
