Wind Advisory and Freeze Watch This Weekend
An incoming system will cause widespread strong, gusty W/SW wind across the area on Saturday.
Potential Wind Impacts Include:
- Hazardous Boating Conditions
- Sudden & dangerous crosswinds
- Unsecured items may be blown away
- Blowing dust & debris
In addition to this weekend’s winds, some places will see their first freeze of the season. As such, a Freeze Watch has been issued for late Saturday evening through Sunday morning in the Owens Valley, Lincoln, Esmeralda, & Southern Nye Counties.
