Keep Mammoth Lakes Unreal, Its a Mammoth Thing

In summer 2024, Mammoth Lakes Tourism, in collaboration with the Town of Mammoth Lakes and Mammoth Lakes Recreation, launched a video series Keep Mammoth Lakes Unreal; Its a Mammoth Thing that included 5 videos. The campaign aimed to create a culture of preserving Mammoth Lakes through its content. The series is now continuing with videos for the winter season, including topics like public transportation, proper parking, snow chains, and tips on safe driving. The first video in the series Park Less, Play More. Its a Mammoth Thing encourages viewers to use free public transportation for accessing the Lakes Basin in winter. When driving is necessary, the video goes on to state that you should use caution, watch for pedestrians, park properly and remember, parking spaces are limited.
