Lake Mary Road to close October 9 – 13 for surveying

BISHOP, Calif., October 7, 2023 — Forest Service contractors will be conducting sensitive geophysics investigations from Monday, October 9 through Friday, October 13 at Lake Mary Dam, Twin Lakes Dam and Lake Mamie Dam to better understand evaluate the stability and integrity of each dam.

Forest engineers ask that the public does not walk, bike, or drive over any sensitive cables that may be in or near the roadway during this time.

We appreciate your patience as there will be lane closures and traffic delays while work is being completed at Twin Lakes Dam and Lake Mamie Dam.
