This articles fails to mention Mr Aubert stopped immediately and rendered aid to the young man by giving him CPR after yelling for people to call 911. The street was very dark, the victim from Uruguay was highly intoxicated, wearing black, and went into the road in front of Mr Aubert’s moving vehicle. Mr Aubert was in shock, wondered in to the woods after he rendered aid to the young man, leaving his ID, car, and phone at the scene of the accident. This was a tragic and unfortunate accident.
