The Beast Awakens

Over the past year, you’ve probably watched the internal refurbishment take shape—now it’s finally time to see what’s behind the doors. The Chamber is excited to celebrate the official Ribbon Cutting for Beast of the East and Lil Beast on Monday, August 3 from 4–5pm. Advocacy Gains Support
After advocacy from the Mammoth Lakes Chamber of Commerce and other entities, Congressman Kevin Kiley has co-sponsored H.R. 8523, the Public Lands Workforce Stability Act. The bill would halt further workforce reductions at federal land-management agencies, helping protect permitting, trail and campground openings, wildfire mitigation and ranger staffing—the services our visitor economy depends upon. >>> Click here for the link to Congress.gov

Trashy Thursday heads to Mammoth Creek Park West this Thursday, July 30. Lend a hand from 5–7pm to help keep Mammoth Lakes looking its best, then stick around for a complimentary Capybara dinner from 7–8pm.
