A friendly reminder about MOUNTAIN LIVING TOGETHER!
and this weekend’s event:
Please join us at the SNARL Page Center from 2 pm-5 pm on Saturday, January 8th for a lively, interactive, and casual workshop. There will be three 1-hour sessions so you can choose to attend when it’s convenient, see below.
This is part of Haley Fitzpatrick’s Ph.D. research at the Oslo School of Architecture and Design, supervised by Prof. Dr. Tobias Luthe. Come share your stories and ideas about future sustainable mountain living and learn about how other communities are building resilience in diverse and innovative ways.
This event is free of charge and open to all!
Important information:
- Please sign up in advance here and fill out the SNARL waiver: https://rb.gy/skysuv
- To maintain a safe number of participants during the workshop, please choose one of the 1-hour sessions to attend in the signup link above. Each 1-hour session will have similar content and activities. Even if you are not sure that you are able to attend, please choose a session time you’d most likely be able to join so we can try to have an estimation beforehand.
- It is required to wear masks indoors and maintain your distance.
- SNARL is located at 1016 Mount Morrison Rd #9566, Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546. It is on the opposite side of the Mammoth Yosemite Airport on 395. The Page Center is the first building on the left with recently plowed parking spaces out front (designated by cones).
Can’t make it on Saturday? Sunday the 9th and Monday the 10th we will be hitting up local spots like Looney Bean, Black Velvet, Black Sheep, and Stellar Brew for more opportunities to connect through casual conversations over coffee. And not to forget, we are planning a more in-depth, follow-up workshop in late spring, so stay tuned for details!
