The Bishop Police Department is proud to announce that on December 16, 2021, Karla Jimenez graduated from the Golden West Community College Regional Justice Training Center – Basic Police Academy. Please welcome Officer Jimenez to the Bishop Police Department. Officer Jimenez will be formally sworn in after the holiday and begin serving the community.

In addition to Chief Standridge, City Council Member Jose Garcia, Sergeant Brian Hohenstein, and Dispatcher Olivia Hartshorn were on hand to congratulate her on this accomplishment.
