Mono County Elections Identifies Error in Printed Voter Information Guides; Corrected Guides Being Mailed

MONO COUNTY, Calif. (October 02, 2026) – The Mono County Elections Department recently identified a printing error affecting local Voter Information Guides mailed to Mono County voters for the November 3, 2026 General Election.

The error resulted in candidate statements and measure text being incorrectly printed in some of the guides, meaning some voters may have received a Voter Information Guide containing missing or inaccurate information.

Upon identifying the issue, Mono County Elections immediately began working with its printing vendor to correct the error. Amended Voter Information Guides containing the correct information will be mailed to voters as soon as possible.

In addition, Mono County Elections is mailing a postcard directly to voters notifying them of the issue and providing information on how to access the corrected materials online.

Voters do not need to wait for the amended guide to arrive in the mail to access the correct information. Revised Voter Information Guides are available now on the Mono County Elections website.

The County’s online Voter Information Guide page provides guides based on voting precinct so voters can access the information applicable to their ballot.

Mono County Elections apologizes for any confusion or inconvenience this printing error may cause and encourages voters to review the amended guide before casting their ballot. Voters with questions may contact Mono County Elections at (760) 932-5537 or [email protected].
