West Coast Swing Workshops and Community Dance

Grab your dancing shoes and join your Eastern Sierra community for a weekend of partner dancing!  Welcome to all dancers, every level or experience, whether you lead, follow, or switch!

We are thrilled to welcome guest teacher Samantha Buckwalter, to lead our workshops and private lessons. Samantha is a Grand Nationals champion and an Americas Class Top Teacher.

  • Friday, March 8, 7-8pm:  West Coast Swing workshop for the PRIDE community and allies.  Taught by Samantha Buckwalter.

  • Saturday, March 9, 10-11am. West Coast Swing workshop.  Taught by Samantha Buckwalter.

  • Saturday, March 9, 7-9:30pm.  Community Dance!  We will highlight West Coast Swing music, East Coast Swing music and much more.

  • Take your dancing to the next level! Private lessons with Samantha available throughout the weekend! (Lessons can be for individuals or couples).

Pricing:

  • Early bird pricing until March 6:  $15 per person for each workshop.  $15 per person for the Dance.

  • After March 6 and at the door, $20 per person for each workshop and/or $20 per person for the Dance. *

  • Private lessons are $120 for 50 minutes. Paid to Samantha directly at the time of your lesson.

*No one will be turned away for lack of funds. Volunteer opportunities are available.

Do I need a partner?

No partner needed for workshops or the dance.  All are welcome!
