NIH welcomes First Baby of 2024
Northern Inyo Hospital proudly welcomes its first baby of the New Year.
Please welcome Cedar Wayne Kelly, the son of Alyssa and Keith Kelly of Bishop. Cedar arrived Monday, Jan. 1 at 6:34 a.m. and weighed in at 5 lbs., 7 oz. Also welcoming Cedar is his sister, Elise Trinity Kelly.
Cedar is the first of many special lives to be welcomed this year at NIH, the only hospital to provide Perinatal services in Inyo and Mono counties. The NIH staff is already welcoming delivering moms from northern Kern County as Ridgecrest Regional Hospital has announced it will no longer offer Perinatal services as of March 1, 2024.
