Solstice for Support
This Sunday, Dec. 21, from 4–5:30pm, reset and recharge with a gentle Winter Solstice Yoga & Sound Bath fundraiser for the Pack Fire. Cristina Leon and Dawn Lazar will guide the class through soft movement, breathwork, and a restorative sound bath. Topping it Off Last Friday
Mammoth Hospital marked a major milestone with its North Wing Project Topping Out ceremony last Friday. In keeping with tradition, an evergreen tree and flag were placed on the final steel beam—symbolizing progress, safety, and good fortune—all guests were encouraged to sign the beam before it was lifted into place. CEO Tom Parker noted that the project reflects a community that comes together help one another and to build something extraordinary.
