Line-Skipping Hack for Locals at Copper Top!

I recently reached out to Matthew Kerley-Otten from Copper Top BBQ (see last year’s “Spotlight On”) and asked if they had added any new menu items.
He replied with:
“Hey Tanner. We don’t have anything new per se, but if you want to write about our burgers, they are becoming extremely popular. They are CAB Tri-Tip burgers that we grind on site, cook on the BBQ, and then put on the pretzel buns. They are really unique because of the meat used for them.”

I asked if there was anything else buzz worthy that was happening at his restaurant.
“Another thing that has been buzzing lately is our 20 percent locals discount along with us having locals skip the line and come inside to the bar to order. I put a post out about it up the other day because only a select few knew about it and it blew up. Basically when the line is super long we have the locals come inside and I take their order to get them in and out fast. The travelers don’t know the difference and it makes the locals really happy. I saw tons of positive feedback about it so writing about it might get a lot of people interested.”
So there you have it, folks. Don’t want to wait in line at Copper Top? Skip the line and get your food faster.
