BUHS Bronco Varsity Volleyball vs Desert
The Bronco volleyball team won in three straight sets 25-7, 25-12, and 25-14 versus the Desert Scorpions on Thursday night.
Liz Ellsworth led the attack with a 500 hitting percentage, Lilly Morrison added 13 kills along with Peyton Kalk with 8 kills and Delaney Kalk with 7 kills. Setter Riley Van Nest had 29 assists.
4 Broncos had a 100% serving percentage that includes Evie Carter, Peyton Kalk, Delaney Kalk, and Riley Van Nest.
The defense was strong leading with Meghenna Westervelt’s 22 digs followed by double digit digs from Lilly Morrison, Sophie Dishion, and Delaney Kalk.
The Broncos improve to 9-3 in league and will travel to Cal City on Tuesday.
