The Broncos fell to a strong Ontario Christian football team Saturday night in Ontario 57-7. The Knights scored on the opening play of the game and opened up a 50-0 halftime lead. The Broncos showed great heart and determination playing the second half even at 7-7. Next up for the Broncos is a home game this Friday hosting Rim of the World. Kick off is set for 7pm at John Schwab Field. Players of the game vs. Ontario Christian Players of the Game Overall Austin Powell Senior running back and linebacker carried the ball 13 times for a hard earned 70 yards. Powell added 55 kickoff return yards and had a pair of tackles on defense. Offensive Levi Derr Sophomore receiver made 4 catches for 35 yards. Defensive Elijah Reynolds Junior Linebacker had 5 solo tackles including 2 tackles for loss. Reynolds also had a QB hurry. Special Teams Milton Michel Junior racked up 78 yards on three kickoff returns and handled the punting and kick off duties. Defensive contributors.
