Bishop Broncos Slide into Home with a Tight Win at Burroughs
The Broncos baseball team traveled to Burroughs Wednesday 3/9 and came back victorious with a score of 10-9. Bishop had an impressive 7 run 4th inning, but the Burroughs team rallied back in the 6th putting up 5 runs. Bishop held on to bring home the win.
On the mound, Jake Frigerio pitched 4 innings allowing 2 runs on 4 hits and 6 strike outs.
Riley Eropkin pitched 1 1/3 innings allowing one run on 1 hit and 1 strike out.
Albert Cano closed the game pitching 2/3 inning throwing a crucial strike out to end the game.
