Bishop Broncos Boys Soccer Lose First Round Playoffs to Delano, Finish Season First in HDL
The Bishop Broncos played at home Delano for their first round of Playoffs. At the first half Delano scored a goal. The second half Dayki Ramirez found the back of the net to tie the game for the Broncos. The game went to over time. In over time Delano came back and score a second goal. 3 left in overtime Hector Ramirez scored the second goal for the Broncos to tie the game again. The game was decided by penalties and the Broncos came out short and lost in penalties. Coach Landaverde said the team gave it all but unfortunately 3 players got injured during the game and couldn’t play anymore. The Broncos finished first in the High Desert league. Coach Landaverde would like to thank assistant Coach Andy Rios, all the parents for helping the team and special thanks to Ms Van Nest for her help and support to the team.
