Access Mammoth Launches ALIN: A Next-Gen Way to Lead, Connect, and Expand Outdoor Access

Mammoth Lakes, CA — Access Mammoth is proud to launch the Access Leadership & Impact  Network (ALIN), an initiative built for emerging leaders, young professionals, and community-minded adventurers who want to make a meaningful impact while growing their own leadership skills.

ALIN offers flexible ways to get involved, from hosting small gatherings and running peer-to-peer campaigns to making corporate introductions or helping shape a signature Next Gen event. Members choose what fits their schedule and network, with full staff support every step of the way.

Beyond expanding access to adaptive sports, ALIN provides valuable professional development. Members gain real-world experience in fundraising, event strategy, community engagement, and nonprofit leadership, skills that strengthen résumés and LinkedIn profiles alike. It also offers a behind-the-scenes look at what it’s like to serve on a nonprofit board, without the full governance commitment,  making it an ideal pathway for future board service.

If you’re passionate about the outdoors, inclusion, and building community, ALIN is your opportunity to lead with purpose.
