Shaun & Sara Debut Yoga with Live Cello at Root Down Community Hub

Shaun & Sara will present their first Yoga with Live Cello experience on January 22nd at 6:00 PM at Root Down Community Hub in Bishop.
Shaun Diaz is a classically trained master cellist and composer known for his expressive, creative style. Sara is an E-RYT 300 teaching yoga and movement arts since 2014, with certificates in Somatic Stress Release and Breathwork, and is a Certified Trauma-informed Care Practitioner. Her classes support presence, ease, and inner listening. Together, Shaun & Sara offer a uniquely intimate and meditative experience to be remembered.
