A Historic Season in Mammoth Lakes

unnamedmammoth

Spring has arrived in Mammoth Lakes even if Mother Nature hasn’t received the memo just yet. We’ve been seeing some sunny days but temperatures are still well below average for this time of year. Regardless of it all, we are grateful for the change of season and the warmer weather that we know has to be coming sometime soon (she says with fingers crossed!).

In bigger news, Mammoth Mountain has broken the all-time season snowfall record at Main Lodge with this week’s storms bringing the total to 702 inches and counting; crushing the record of 668″ set in 2010/11. Additionally, reps from the ski area recently announced that the resort will be open for skiing and riding until at LEAST the end of July!

Mammoth Lakes is where it is at this spring and summer, and you won’t want to miss it. Come celebrate this historic season with us!
