Rep. Kiley Urges CA Department of Education to Investigate Hack of Educational Testing Services
Washington, D.C. – Today, Congressman Kevin Kiley (I-CA) sent a letter to the California Department of Education urging them to investigate the recent hack of Educational Testing Services (ETS) that exposed the personal information of millions of California students, including their names, addresses, date of birth, disability statuses, assessment results, and testing accommodations.
“I am calling on the California Department of Education to prioritize and expedite this investigation that revealed private information of millions of students and their families. These families deserve answers, and what is being done to ensure this never happens again,” said Kiley.
