The National Weather Service has issued the following storm advisory for the
Owens Valley starting today into Sunday:
- Winds starting Friday may cause difficult driving conditions on Highway 395. Blowing dust and debris.
- Rain, and snow in higher elevations beginning early Saturday with amounts most likely between 0.10″ and 0.35″. Standing water in poorly drained areas and low water crossings.
