U.S. 395 Reopens Through Inyo County

BISHOP — U.S. 395 has reopened in both directions between Pearsonville and Bishop following its closure Sunday due to flooding from Tropical Storm Hilary. The highway is now fully open in Kern, Inyo, and Mono counties. Drivers should be aware there is standing water on sections of the highway. Please proceed with caution as emergency personnel continue to clear the road.

Many highways are still closed as Caltrans continues to clean up from Tropical Storm Hilary.
