Dear Community,

The Bishop Bronco Ice Hockey team would like to express our gratitude for taking  the time to read this letter and for considering a meeting with us. We are reaching  out to seek support from our community and hope you might be able to contribute a  donation towards our upcoming fundraiser.

Competing in the LA Kings league, our journey takes us to various teams across LA,  Santa Barbara, Bakersfield, Santa Clarita, and Simi Valley. Our season includes 16  games—8 at our home rink, LA Kings Ice at Mammoth Lakes, and 8 on the road. In  addition to our regular season, we also participate in several tournaments throughout  the year.

Since our inception in 2014, our program has thrived thanks to the unwavering  dedication of our coaches, players, and families. Since the team is not directly  affiliated with the high school, the total registration fee of $45,000 is a shared investment among our 19 players. This commitment covers additional expenses such  as travel, tournaments, jerseys, equipment fees, as well as late-night practices and  weekends away from home. We hold our players to high standards, requiring them to  maintain a GPA of at least 2.0 and to embody our team values both on and off the ice.  Being a member of the Bishop Bronco Ice Hockey team is a significant commitment,  and our players take it seriously.

We invite you to join us for our first fundraiser on Saturday, September 20th, from  5:00 PM to 10:00 PM at The Back Alley. The Back Alley has graciously provided  the space, as well as a portion of the sales of the evening, to support the team.

The evening will feature a silent auction, a 50/50 raffle, and exciting prizes. We truly  appreciate every donation, as each contribution plays a vital role in our success.  Thank you for your unwavering support from our remarkable community.

Sincerely,

The Bishop Bronco Ice Hockey Team
