— Mammoth Lakes Tourism and world-class, Los Angeles based airline, Advanced Airlines, announced today that ticket sales for winter flights direct into Mammoth Lakes are now available for pre-booking. The partnership, announced last year but postponed due to the pandemic, will see Advanced Airlines serving as Mammoth Lakes’ exclusive partner providing public charter flights in and out of Mammoth Yosemite Airport (MMH), the closest airport to Mammoth Mountain.
Beginning November 24, 2021 – April 4, 2022, Advanced Air will fly 30-passenger Dornier 328 jets from Southern California destinations Burbank (BUR), Carlsbad (CLD) and Hawthorne (HHR) direct into the Mammoth Yosemite Airport. Travelers can enjoy the convenience of a private air travel experience at commercial airline cost with benefits such as private terminals and skipping TSA.
