Join lifelong Nordic skier and Mammoth Hospital doctor of physical therapy, Lauren Oxford for a 4-week pre/early-season dryland workshop series geared to prepare participants for the high demands of arguably the toughest sport in the world. Skate and classic skiers alike will benefit from this tune-up for a fast season sliding on the skinny skis!
This class is offered Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8-9am October 4 – 27. Cost is $100 for 8-Session Course. Limited class size. Classes held at 121 College Parkway.
