Bishop Chamber of Commerce News & Updates
From the Executive Director…
Hello Chamber Members and Friends,
We hope 2023 is off to a good start for you and your business. This time of year is traditionally a little bit quiet in the information center, but that’s okay because we have plenty of projects to work on. We’re headed to the first of five consumer travel/sport shows this weekend – it’s the International Sportsmen’s Expo in Sacramento and we’re excited to promote Bishop at the event after a two-year hiatus. We’re putting the finishing touches on the next edition of the Bishop Visitor Guide Magazine and plan to go to print next week. We are already making plans for the big Blake Jones Trout Derby set for March 11th.
There are several new opportunities for professional and personal development highlighted in this message. There are also several fun events coming up for both locals and visitors. This email highlights a few of them and there are even more online at www.bishopvisitor.com.
Note – if your business or organization is planning an event, please let us know so we can add it to the web calendar. If you have a member-to-member deal or discount, please let us know and we’ll highlight it in our next e-news.
As always, thanks for your continued support!
