BISHOP, CA – SIGHT: A Natural Burial Arts Center will host a special “Mortality Mixer” on Friday, September 12, 2025 from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at the beloved Mill Creek Station Rock Theater and Museum.

A “Mortality Mixer” is a community gathering that encourages open, engaging conversations about life and death in a relaxed, social setting. With games, music, food, drinks, and the Luxomatica photo booth offering memorable prints, the evening creates a space for curiosity and connection. Highlights include a live performance by the Folk/Americana band Squid Eye and meals from the Coachwhip Cafe food truck.

This event celebrates the one-year anniversary of the SIGHT community.

SIGHT: A Natural Burial Arts Center is a local organization in the Eastern Sierra dedicated to fostering open, honest conversations about life and death, building community and offering resources to those interested in natural burial and a thoughtful approach to end-of-life contemplations, planning, and support.
