Rep. Kiley Honored with 2026 Democracy Award for Best of Constituent Service
WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, Rep. Kevin Kiley (I-CA) and his office received the 2026 Democracy Award by the Congressional Management Foundation (CMF) for Best of Constituent Service.
The award recognizes exceptional dedication to serving constituents through effective work in the district, including casework. It highlights a congressional office’s commitment to resolving constituents’ requests for assistance, providing personalized support, and ensuring that constituents receive the assistance they need.
“From the moment I was sworn into office, constituent service has been my top priority,” said Kiley. “In just over three years, we’ve closed more than 6,000 individual cases returning over $21 million directly to constituents and helped communities in the district receive over $315 million in federal grants and funding support. As the only Member of Congress serving as an Independent, this is what it means to serve all of our constituents and deliver nonpartisan results. Receiving this award is a tremendous honor and a tribute to the incredible work of our district office team. We always put constituent service first.”
The Congressional Management Foundation is the premier bipartisan foundation dedicated to strengthening the first branch of government. The Democracy Awards are CMF’s signature program recognizing the best in congressional non-legislative achievements.
