Dear Millpond Friends,

Millpond is just around the corner, and we have a veritable deluge of reminders and updates for you. So buckle up, get to scrolling, and thank you for thoroughly and carefully reading this email!

Here is a summary for those simply too booked and busy:

FULL WEEKEND ADULT PASSES GO UP TO GATE PRICE TOMORROW! Prices will go up to $145 for ALL Adults and Seniors at 9:00am on August 31st.

U.S. 395 will fully close for 15 days from September 4th to September 19th. More details below.

The last day we will mail tickets is September 6th! ALL Pre-festival ticket sales will end Sunday, September 15th.

Entry for early camping on Thursday, September 19, will start after 2:00pm. Please have purchased camping pass in hand.

IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING U.S. 395

MONO COUNTY – U.S. 395 will fully close for 15 days, from Wednesday, September 4th to Thursday, September 19th, between State Route 108 and just south of Burcham Flat Road. As part of the Sonora Junction Shoulders Project, crews will be installing two wildlife crossings underneath the roadway. Construction will be scheduled 24 hours a day during the closure, and no vehicles will be allowed through.

Don’t miss out on our discounted prices! Full Weekend Adult Passes go up to $145 starting Tomorrow, August 31st! Prices will increase for ALL Adults and Seniors.

LAST DAY FOR MAILING TICKETS

The last day we will mail tickets is September 6th! NO tickets will be mailed after September 6th. All ticket orders taken after September 6th will be held in Will Call at the Gate.

Pre-festival PHONE/IN-PERSON ticket sales will end Friday, September 13th, at 5:00pm. Pre-festival ONLINE ticket sales will end Sunday, September 15th at 11:59pm. All orders after the 15th will be handled at the Gate.

EARLY CAMPING

Entry for early camping on Thursday, September 19, will be after 2:00pm. Weekend camping passes must be purchased and in hand. Please be prepared to pay on site for Thursday and/or Sunday night camping. Please call Brown’s Millpond Campground at 760.873.5342 or visit their website here to inquire about early camping at Brown’s.

GET YOUR CAMPING SOON!

We have a limited quantity of RV/Vehicle spots left in Sage Flat and Overflow. If you’re planning on camping in a RV or vehicle at the festival, we recommend you purchase your camping soon!

Brown’s Campground, Tennis Courts, and Shoreline are SOLD OUT.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL camping requires the purchase of a Full Weekend Adult Pass.

Extended Flight Schedule to Bishop

The Bishop Area Chamber of Commerce has announced that United Airlines has extended their summer flight schedule from San Francisco to Bishop through September 29th. Starting Labor Day, flights are on weekends only.
