Mule Days announces Fundraising BBQ and Kickoff event
The 55th Annual Bishop Mule Days countdown clock is ticking so dust off your hat and boots for the “Greatest Mule Show on Earth”!
In preparation for the event, the Mule Days committee, along with the Bishop Elks Lodge 1603 will be hosting a Fundraiser BBQ at the Elks Park, April 12th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Join us for a day of fun, food, and festivities that include Dutch Oven cooking demonstrations at 10 a.m. proudly presented by the UC Master Food preservers of Inyo and Mono County. Delicious deserts will be yours for the choosing!
You’ll be able to savor a delicious deep pit BBQ served from 12 to 2 p.m. thanks to our incredible volunteers.
There will be live music and entertainment, stories about mules and exciting raffle prizes. Kids are welcome with our popular “I Want to be a Packer” activities including hands on mule packing fun.
The Mule Days Board and staff will be present to answer questions about Mule Days, our fundraising and our future. It’s a great opportunity to celebrate this iconic event, be part of our future and have some good fun at the same time!
