Your Generous Donations Ensures Recreation for All!

We are extremely grateful for ALL of you who donated, shared or spread the word about the Tony Colasardo Scholarship Fund. We surpassed our goal of $20,000 by raising over $26,042! Over $9,000 was raised through Go Fund Me that was matched by the Colasardo family. Generous contributions from Footloose Sports and Volunteer Eastern Sierra also contributed to this amazing fundraising effort. The Colasardo family thanks ALL of you from the bottom of their hearts. These are often life-changing events so thank you once again for keeping Tony’s dream alive!

The Tony Colasardo Scholarship Fund provides full or partial scholarships for the many popular camps and recreation programs offered by the Parks and Recreation Department. Tony Colasardo was a long-time Recreation Commissioner who was a passionate advocate for inclusion and social equity and believed that every child regardless of income level, ability, race or gender should have access to the benefits of parks and recreation.
