The Mammoth Lakes Chamber of Commerce 6th Annual Business Excellence Awards Gala was held Thursday, November 3, 2022, at Canyon Lodge. There was an overwhelming turnout from the business community, and this was the Chamber’s largest Gala to date. Thank you to all who attended the Gala, the many sponsors and all those who showed their support for our vibrant business community. Mono County Election Results

While a few votes are still pending, results from the Mono County 2022 Elections can be found here. Final results will be available November 23.

No Reservations Required to Visit Yosemite National Park in 2023

Reservations will not be required to visit Yosemite National Park during the summer of 2023. Reservations were required in the summers of 2020 and 2021 due to the pandemic and in summer 2022 when numerous key visitor attractions were closed for critical infrastructure repairs. Formal announcement to follow in a few weeks.

The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) On-the-Job Training Program helps you train the right workers to meet your requirements. This program assists employers with the costs of hiring and training new and advancing employees by offering financial reimbursement of up to 50% of the employee’s wages during the training period.
