Mammoth Lakes Chamber of Commerce Appoints New President & CEO
The Mammoth Lakes Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors announces Brianna Goico will be promoted to President & Chief Executive Officer as of June 1, 2024.
“The Board of Directors has been very pleased with Mrs. Goico’s contributions to the Chamber since her employment with us,” explains Brent Truax, Board Chair and Managing Director of Outbound Mammoth. “In keeping with Chamber industry norms, we have decided to change the title from Executive Director to President & CEO.”
Mrs. Goico has lived in Mammoth Lakes since 2017. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Oral Roberts University in International Relations and spent ten years working in event management. Most of that time was spent working for the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, a bipartisan political lobby organization. Since 2020, Mrs. Goico has served as the Membership & Marketing Manager and the Assistant Director for the Chamber of Commerce.
“I am looking forward to stepping into this new role at the Chamber and working with our members to build a healthier Mammoth Lakes economy,” stated Goico. “I truly believe the Chamber builds community through growing and strengthening business.”
The Chamber’s current Executive Director, Ken Brengle, CCE, IOM, will retire June 30, 2024.
“I leave the Mammoth Lakes Chamber in great and capable hands,” said Brengle. “Brianna will be excellent as your new Chief Executive Officer! It has been an honor and a privilege to serve as your Executive Director these last seven years.”
