TBID/Sales Tax
MLT and the Mammoth Lakes Chamber of Commerce (MLCC) hosted a Community Coffee this week in order to share the latest updates on the recently issued opinion from the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration that state sales tax applies to the revenue generated from TBID assessments on items where state sales tax is levied.
As a part of this conversation, MLCC is looking to gather information from our members about what POS System your business uses.
