First Cohort Strong

Last Tuesday was the first session of the Chamber’s sold-out Leadership: Making of a Manager course. A full cohort of locals stepped into the program. Early takeaways included “aha” moments and ideas being tested back in the workplace. “Leadership isn’t learned in a room—it’s built in the moments you choose to apply it.”
Stocking and Snipping

Everyone is welcome to come out to Crowley Lake early Tuesday, May 5, 8–9am to be part of the Crowley Fish Foundation’s inaugural trout stocking together with an Official Chamber Ribbon Cutting. Around 1,600 pounds of trout will be released, including tagged trophy fish with prizes. Be part of this milestone moment on the water. >>> Click here for more info
Double Header

The double header is on Wednesday, May 6, 5–6pm. Mammoth Hospital reveals its remodeled Family Medicine Clinic with a Chamber Ribbon Cutting. Nonprofits save the date—Monday, May 11, 4–5pm. This month’s Nonprofit Coalition meeting includes an update from the consulting team leading the Eastern Sierra Community Foundation effort.
