On October 16, the parking lot of the Consolidated Office Building was transformed into a festive Halloween  scene, with dozens of decorated trunks, costumed staff, and excited kids enjoying a night of safe, family friendly fun. “The event was beyond anything we could have imagined,” said Stephanie Tanksley, HHS Deputy Director  of Public Health & Prevention. “It was inspiring to see so many community partners and families come  together for a night of fun and connection, and I’m incredibly proud of our Public Health & Prevention team  who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to bring this event to life.”
