The National Weather Service has issued the following starting tonight into Friday morning for much of Inyo County and the Eastern Sierra:
- High Wind Warning Ventura and Los Angeles Counties
- Windy conditions with the windiest in the Owens Valley south of Olancha and Death Valley as well as the Eastern Sierra
Wind gusts may result in damage to trees and power lines. We remind our customers to Stay Away from Downed Wires! Branches and tree limbs can bring down power lines during a major storm and cause outages. If you see a downed wire, stay away and call 911 right away!
Report any outages or hazards by dialing 1-800-992-8331 (Monday – Friday) 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) and (833) 325-2397 after-hours.
