Earth Days are Coming!

Join us in celebrating our Mother
INYO350 will once again have a major presence at Bishop Sunrise Rotary and Inyo Council for the Arts’ Earth Day celebration, from 10-3 PM next Saturday, April 12 at Bishop City Park..
Derik will be back helping you spin the wheel and worm evangelist Caddy Jackson will wax poetic about the benefits of worm castings. You can take the Single Use? No Excuse! pledge and enter a drawing for reusable cups from local coffee vendors. We’ll once again have a number of electric vehicles on display, with owners happy to share their experiences.
And we’re hopeful many of you will consider donating to our Sustainable Careers Scholarship, awarded each spring to one or more graduating Bishop High seniors considering a career in fields like regenerative agriculture, green building, urban planning and more. Those who donate $25 or more will enter a drawing for gift certificates from local merchants.
If you can’t make it to Earth Day, but you’d like to support local graduates, you can donate online at this link or send a check to

And Earth Days are literally all over the map this year! See the flyers below for celebrations at the Owens Valley Paiute-Shoshone Cultural Center and Cerro Coso College in Mammoth Lakes.
