Power is out from Olancha to Bishop.
2:00 PM:
Power is reportedly out for LADWP customers in Bishop and Big Pine. Customers who spoke to LADWP were told that the outage is local to Bishop and Big Pine, with no known cause and no estimated time on restoring service. Updates to follow.
