Bishop Broncos Varsity Softball Defeats Desert 10-0 at Home

Bishop Varsity Softball hosted Desert High School on Friday 5/4 at the City Park and came away with the win 10 to 0 in 5 innings.

Baileigh Momber was the winning pitcher, going all 5 innings, throwing a no hitter. Facing 17 batters. Striking out 12, 1 walk and 1 hit by pitch.

• Katya Fierro was 1 for 3, 1 hit by a pitch, reached 1^st on an error, and a fielders choice and 3 runs scored
• Sienna Fuller 2 for 2, both doubles,  1 sac bunt, and 1 hit by pitch, 2 RBIs and 1 run scored
• Baileigh Momberg reached 1^st on an error, had 1RBI and scored 1 run
• Kris Sorensen was 1 for 3 with a double, reached 1^st on an error, 2 RBIs and 1 run scored
• Ginger Lowden was hit by a pitch and scored 1 run
• Faye Spoonhunter was 1 for 3 with 1 RBI and 1 run scored
• Riley Vannest was 2 for 3, reached 1^st on an error, and scored 1 run
• Tannyr Ludwick walked once, 1 RBI
• Shea Ludwick was 1 for 1 with a triple, 1 RBI and 1 run scored
