Bishop Broncos JV Softball Wins League Opener Against Kern Valley 30-9
The Bronco JV Softball team won their league opener against Kern Valley 30-9, March 19, 2024, in Lake Isabella.
This was another big team win for the Broncos as 13 players contributed during the game. There were many standouts in this game, the most notable being Ginger Lowden, Sophie Dishion and Jillian Wolfe. Ginger went 2-2, including a single and a home run and scored 4 runs. Sophie had 3 singles, a double, a home run and scored 5 runs. Jillian had 4 singles, a double and scored 4 runs.
Jillian Wolfe pitched 4 innings, gave up 9 runs and struck out 5.
