Bishop Broncos JV Softball Wins League Game Against Rosamond 26-10

The Bronco girls JV softball team won their league game on Friday, April 28 against Rosamond by a score of 26-10.

Jillian Wolfe pitched 3 innings, striking out 3, and giving up 8 hits.

There were many Bronco standouts in this game including Braydee Momberg (5-5, scored 5 runs and had 6 RBI’s), Cadence Nott (4-4, scored 4 runs, 1 walk, 3 RBI’s), Sophie Dishion (2-2, 3 walks, scored for runs, 2 RBI’s), Jillian Wolfe (3-3 including a home run, scored 3 runs, 5 RBI’s), Lizette Romero (2-2, scored 4 runs, 2 walks and 2 RBI’s). Other Broncos of note were Taylor Currie (1-1, scored 2 runs, 3 walks), Azul Aranzubia (1-2, scored 2 runs, 2 walks), Ellary Davis (1-3, scored 2 runs, 1 walk).

The score was 14-10 going into the bottom of the 3rd inning and the Bronco bats came alive. The game ended on the time limit after putting up 12 more runs..
