Cora Van Nest led the team in serving aces with 3.
Sophomore Delaney Kalk’s attacks led the team with the highest hitting percentage as well as 7 kills leading to an impressive kill % at 44%.
Eva Weaver’s lefty attack resulted in the team high of 8 total kills
Morgan Dondero’s swing was impressive with a strong positive hitting percentage and 8 untouchable kills.
These kills would not be possible if not for the talents of senior setter Zoe Dailey who handled the ball 114 times resulting in 25 assists.
Middle blockers Lilly Morrison and Peyton Kalk were fierce at the net, while lefty sophomore Liz Elsworth came in to contribute and make an immediate impact, and Larissa Simpson worked feverishly as a defensive specialist to keep the ball in play to set the team up for success.
The Bishop Broncos Volleyball Team continues to improve with every touch and is working daily to live our team motto: Out Work, Out Think, Out Play.
Thank you to the amazing fans who were a significant reason we were able to come back from behind! Go Broncos!
