Bishop Bronco Varsity Softball Defeat Lone Pine 14-4

Bishop Varsity softball traveled to Lone Pine on Tuesday to play it’s second preseason game.  Bishop won 14 to 4 in 5 innings.  Sienna Fuller pitched all 5 innings allowing 4 hits, 8 K’s, 1 walk, and 5 hit by pitch.

Offensively,
Katya Fierro was 2 for 4 with 2 triples and 2 runs scored.
Braydee Momberg was 1 for 3 with a sacrifice bunt, 3 stolen bases, 2 RBIs and 1 run scored.
Cambrie Lanphear 2 stolen bases and 1 run scored
Ellie Boyd was 3 for 4 with 2 doubles, 1 RBI, 1 stolen base and 3 runs scored
Faye Spoonhunter was 1 for 2 with 2 walks, 4 stolen bases, 3 RBIs and 4 runs scored
Laila Beall had 1 run scored
Shelby Maillet was 1 for 2 with 2 RBIs
Sienna Fuller was 2 for 2 with a walk, 2 RBIs and 2 runs scored
Cadence Nott was 1 for 2 with 3 RBIs and 1 stolen base
Ania Durham walked twice and 2 stolen bases
Tannyr Ludwick had 1 walk

Bishop is now 1 win and 1 loss in preseason.  The Mira Monte tournament scheduled for this weekend has been rescheduled for March 29th  and 30th.
