Volunteers Needed at the Mammoth Tuff

Hi Volunteers,

That little taste of snow in the mountains mid August has us excited for the winter season. We will be helping at the Mammoth Tuff again this year and are looking for volunteers. We will be sending out more volunteer opportunities closer to the winter season as well. Thank you for your time and energy!

Mammoth Tuff Bar

ESAC is helping host a bar at the registration and finish line area during the Mammoth Tuff, with proceeds benefitting ESAC. This is open to the public as well as racers, with music acts at various times. Shifts are:

• Friday, Sept 18: 2:30 – 5:30pm (1 person needed)
• Saturday, Sept 13: 11:45am – 3:45pm (1 person needed)
• Saturday, Sept 13: 3:30 – 7:30pm (2 people needed)

Please email [email protected] with your name, phone number, date and time of shift you are available, and any questions you have. Volunteers must be 21 years or older. Feel free to sign up with a friend or family member as well!

If you aren’t able to volunteer but want to share with friends or stop by for a drink, any support is appreciated!

Mark your calendars for our ESSAW Kickoff Weekend – November 13 & 14. We are expanding this weekend into 2 days to maximize fun, education, and fundraising. We hope you can join us for any or all events!
