Not Your Grandma’s Bingo
Tuesday, February 17 – Mammoth Brewing Company
We are looking for 2 volunteers from 4:45-6pm to help at the check-in table for Bingo Night. You’ll help sell Bingo cards and raffle tickets. Then you can have a seat and play!
Arc’Teryx Academy
February 20-22, 2026
We will have a tent in the vendor village throughout the weekend and will also be helping out at movie nights. Below are details for each:
Vendor Village – Feb 20
We are looking for 1 volunteer to help on Friday, Feb 20 from 2:30-6:30pm. You’ll help set up and clean up our table, sell merchandise, and answer questions with an ESAC staff member.
Movie Nights – Feb 20 and 21
We are looking for volunteers for the following shifts to help sell alcohol at the Arc’Teryx movie nights. Volunteers should be 21+; if you also have a servers certification, please let me know!
- Friday, Feb 20: 5:30-9:30pm – 2 volunteers
- Saturday, Feb 21: 4:00-6:30pm – 2 volunteers
- Saturday, Feb 21: 6:30-10pm – 2 volunteers
Avalanche Awareness Evening
March 4 – Mammoth Brewing Company
Our last avalanche awareness event of the season is coming up. We are looking for 1 volunteer from 4:45-6pm to help sell merch and raffle tickets; then you can sit down and enjoy the presentation!
