Long time Bishop PD Officers Retire.
The Bishop Police Department would like to announce the retirement of Sergeant Dan Nolan. Sergeant Nolan has served the City of Bishop for over 22 years. During that time he has served as a Patrol Officer, Field Training Officer, Use of Force/Range Instructor. In his most recent collateral assignment, Sergeant Nolan served as a Team Leader for the Inyo-Mono Counties Special Enforcement Detail (SED). Upon his retirement, Sergeant Nolan has accepted a position with the State of Nevada Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training.
The Bishop Police Department would like to announce the retirement of Officer Brian Rossy. Officer Rossy has served the City of Bishop for over 20 years. While at the Bishop Police Department Officer Rossy served as a Patrol Officer and Field Training Officer. Upon his retirement, Officer Rossy has accepted a position with the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP).
