$20,000 REWARD: Help Us Solve a Potential Arson Fire in Mammoth Lakes
The Town of Mammoth Lakes, in partnership with the Mammoth Lakes Fire Protection District, is offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the potential arson fire reported on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, on Meridian Blvd. across from the Volcom Brothers Skate Park.
This incident shares similarities to suspicious fires in the Minaret Vista area last year. While arson is uncommon in our community, we are treating this with the utmost seriousness to protect residents, visitors, and our shared environment. Public safety remains our highest priority, and we are working closely with local and federal partners to investigate thoroughly.
