Fall is finally here, and so are the trees’ annual displays of gold and orange. According to Forest Service botanists, our wet spring has primed us for brilliant fall foliage.

It’s confirmed: join Mammoth Lakes Tourism and other local organizations for Facelift: Act Local on Sunday, October 1st. Help clean up the place you love!

Act Local is an extension of the Yosemite Facelift cleanup program, focusing on local organizations and clean up efforts.

Any individuals who want to join are welcome to stop by the Facelift Headquarters at the Mammoth Lakes Visitor Center from 10am – 4pm on Sunday, October 1, 2023.

All volunteers are invited to join in for complementary tacos from our food truck. You’ll also be entered in a raffle for a chance to win prizes!
